On Thursday, March 26th at 6:00 pm, we're having an Agave Spirits dinner with PKGD Group! PKGD is an agave importer behind premium Tequila brands that focus on quality, craftsmanship , and bold character - bringing together tradition, strong branding, and smart growth. We have had a good relationship with them over the years and you may recognize some of the labels as we've been pouring them for years. The spirits we are going to be featuring are:
G4 Blanco Tequila - The purest expression of Blue Weber agave, offers a silky texture and delicate minerality.
G4 Reposado Tequila - Aged six months in whiskey barrels, this Reposado blends floral, herbal, and citrus notes from Rancho El Pandillo’s landscape.
El Acabo Raicilla - A bold and rustic approach to mezcal, delivering intense earthy notes and a powerful smoky finish that captures the raw essence of traditional distillation.
Palomo Mezcal - A traditional craft from Santiago Matatlán, features rich roasted agave flavors and bright citrus notes, providing a balanced smoke profile.

Our food courses paired with each spirit are in order as follows:
Cucumber Starfruit Gazpacho
with Coconut Milk, Flax Seed, Dragon Fruit
Piquillo Chili Relleno
Stuffed with Halloumi Cheese, Goat Cheese, and Capicola, finished with a Harissa Cream Sauce
Juniper Rubbed Venison Tenderloin
Whole Smashed Potatoes, and a mixture of Swiss Chard, Leeks and Cactus, finished with a Pomegranate agave reduction
Triple Layered Chocolate Mousse Cake
Blackberry, Coffee and Dark Chocolate Layers
Tickets are on sale until Monday March 23rd, 5pm.
Ticket price includes four 1oz pours of each spirit, along with a cocktail (half size) crafted with each spirit highlighting each spirit made by our General Manager Tyler, and a food pairing for each spirit curated by our Chefs Ed and Andy Westerlund and Raudel Garcia. We will also have their regional representative Dylan White to tell you about their story and their spirits.
