Mad Angler Bourbon - MASH BILL: 70% Michigan Yellow Corn, 16% Michigan Winter Wheat 9% Michigan Malted Barley 5% Estate Grown Hazlet Rye
Mad Angler Bottled in Bond Bourbon - MASH BILL: 51% Iron Fish Farm Winter Wheat 23% Northern Michigan Corn 15% Upper Peninsula Rye 11% Northern Michigan Malted Barley
Barrel Strength Maple Barrel - The Barrel Strength version of our award winning Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Maple Syrup Barrels.
Toasted Maple Barrel Finished Rye - In this iconic pairing, subtle maple sweetness intertwines with the spicy complexity of our farm aged and estate grown rye whiskey, blended with a well seasoned and exclusively sourced rye whiskey.
Our food courses paired with each Spirit are in order as follows:
Charred Corn Elote Salad with Tortilla Strips and an Avocado-Lime dressing
Oysters Rockefeller with Spanish Chorizo Breadcrumbs and a Mornay Sauce
Smoked Maple Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly with Spicy Giardiniera, Delicata Squash and Crispy Shallots
Caper-Herb Compound Butter Stuffed Flounder with Charred Braised Leeks and Spaghetti Squash
Ticket price includes four 1oz pours of each bourbon, along with a cocktail (half size) crafted with each spirit highlighting each bourbon made by our Beverage Manager Tyler, and a food pairing for each spirit curated by our Chefs Ed and Andy Westerlund. We will also have their regional representative and brand ambassador in to tell you about their story and their spirits.
